Most of my business-oriented advice is shared at RiverwoodWriter’s Connection Blog, so if you have a small business and want some help navigating the ever-changing landscape of effective marketing and business etiquette, head on over and subscribe so you don’t miss anything.

Earlier this week, I was honored to welcome guest blogger Peter Post, grandson of Emily Post, to share his article “Computer-generated notes lack sincerity” on RiverwoodWriter’s blog. His opinion that a computer-generated note lacks sincerity could be argued, and there are certainly legitimate reasons why you might not be able to write a note by hand, but I agree that a personalized, handwritten note will make a better impression than a computer-generated note any day.

Do you agree? Or not? I hope you’ll comment over at RiverwoodWriter.com after you’ve read the post.
